Well, I've been dealing with "No, even though the Region has ripped up the street and therefore the costs to replace sewer pipe would be much less, we 'don't have the budget'" aftermath with last summer's emergency pipe replacement because people down the road had poop come up through their basement drains. The smell has lingered. But hey...no one cold have possibly predicted that heavy equipment on soft ground over old and weak pipes would be a problem. 🙄
