I don't think being better than average at touching computers makes anyone special or anything but I've got a strong sense that before our political class starts wading into the Digital Sovereignty conversation, everyone should be made to generate a new SSH key and install it correctly somewhere.
The people making these policies really need to understand that computers can be operated remotely, and in some ways it doesn't matter where they are at all, and in other ways that's all that matters.
