Describing #AI as PhD-level intelligent seems like such a weird phrase to me. This is probably a reflection of my understanding of what it means to have a PhD.
The reason PhDs can solve problems is because they've had time to absorb specialized inputs and methods to apply them.
That's kind of the opposite of "go scrape the internet & guess."
I know that isn't what they mean by it, but I'm pedantic, dammit.
