I think FEMA employees might be worse than trannies. I can sort of understand how someone with a depressing backstory who was molested or whatever could be traumatized into being a tranny, but I cannot understand what kind of circumstances in your life would lead to you becoming that guy who blocks aid from coming in to hurricane victims, or for you to deny people who've lost everything of even their measly $750 in emergency funds.
