There's a lot of us autistic/adhd folk who come to the same conclusion independently. And conveniently there's a #neurodiversity movement that's based on those ideas. Shockingly, the wikipedia article isn't terrible: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurodiversity
My own pet theory is that the NTs started to dominate society when we developed agriculture and could live in big communities, and their knack for socializing gave them an advantage. But I don't know how we can do more than speculate about that - the true story is lost to prehistory.
