I enjoyed the smiley old-fashioned television (as did the toddler sitting on my back). It depicts the Green Man.

At that link you can also see pictures of how the surroundings have changed over the years with the cycle of clearfelling and replanting.
The “view” through the “window” was at one point of a small hillock nearby, now it is just plantation trees.
