Apparently the US CDC guidance for hepatitis vaccines for adults is that they are recommended for:
* those who might come into contact with an infected person
* those who might consume food that has been in contact with an infected person
* those who have risk factors
So, basically everyone who is not a complete hermit, and who eats anything they don't entirely prepare themselves
