I once read that AI should be doing tedious work for creative people, not creative work for tedious people
I use it a little, mainly as a tool for boring stuff. For example I regularly attend meetings for a NFP and the ability to turn a Teams transcript onto polished minutes versus listen back to a recording and transcribe gives us more time for the actual mission
