I think this is universal, and applies in more situations than this.

You make a PCB, and you check it very carefully, every component on schematic and as placed, and all the design rule checks.

You double check.

You triple check.

You place an order.

The order is confirmed.

Now, when you look at the design, 5 different obvious errors jump out at you.

They were clearly hiding, before.

If you are really lucky, you can cancel the order and reorder, but usually it is *just* too late.
