Also, I think for many agent-pilled practitioners (and pro-AI people in general) one of the major justifications is the 100% focus on results/goals only, meaning in that view software is a purely technical, temporary means to their end, but never seen as a grown cultural artefact, as community anchor or a store of knowledge, decision making, lessons learned, something which represents and articulates a certain aesthetic or worldview, and an object (or garden) which needs to be cared for and tended to... In that sense slopcoding is more like Big Ag, using any fertilizers (aka existing open source code), pesticides and destructive practices to maximize output with zero consideration for costs/impacts...
