The Great On-Grid Connection Project of 2026 has started.
The digger has arrived to start the trench from down the way where the cable to the nearest house allegedly goes.
It's all suddenly got horribly real. Anxiety levels are currently at 11, for some unknown reason. I suspect it's caused by deeply repressed memories of project delivery in a previous life surfacing. I need to trust the professionals and just let them get on with it.
Wish us luck, will you?
