Good ideas. Thank you for sharing. Yes, I might end up doing the same if Facebook prevent me to do the ABC of content creator living on Internet.
Only keep a dormant account to keep the namespace, and keep the relation with distant family and old friends via Messenger (and encourage them to continue discussion on Signal App if they have, I often inform about that).
