personal responsibility is at least part of the answer. Also, we need to know what we can do that has the greatest impact. So, for most of us, that's 'stop flying', as a bare minimum. Also the idea of using every item you own UNTIL it is worn or breaks, then the following order applies: if possible, REPAIR. We need to also REDUCE what we buy and have, RE-USE things, and then, if we can't do those, RECYCLE, and also REFUSE to accept things, where possible, that don't allow those options.
