those are more or less the only indicators we have of what you're like internally. it's like you refuse to acknowledge what your position on large language models is because you want to reap the benefits of the idea of being different to big tech while your company culture is still just as bad on that front as the rest of the technological industry at large these days. just sprinkle a bit of queer on top and call it a day, eh?

why am i posting about this publically?

because you participate in "but we're better than them" propaganda in **our** ecosystem [this is a vague handwave at hetzner, for instance, and the understandably ridiculous reaction they got when they tried to join the fediverse]
you're in a relatively unique position thanks to your willingness to actively interact with this side of the internet; you have the power to cause a much bigger positive cultural change than you realize, and yet you are currently on your way to completely destroy all of that in exchange for the promise of shortsighted economic gains and in doing so firmly underway in becoming just another corporation

if you intend to join a community filled with anticapitalist anarchists, don't be surprised if they see through your façade.
