Frustration I'm having a lot recently: organisations which need volunteers - and have an explicit 'express an interest' form on their website - but don't reply when you say 'I would like to help, here are my skills and what I'm interested in'.
If you're not interested in what someone can offer that's fine, but say so rather than just ignoring them. If you're receiving too many offers then take the form down whilst you work through them.
