I was a bit rude to the IT department today because I am so fed up. I am trying to get a license for Sketchup for work. They've been getting me to chase my tail for 24 hours. So I wrote back and said "I was done with dealing with them" and that I was just going to pay for it. I must have spent more than the cost of the license on explaining myself, following their instructions and still no result. Anyway. I was rude and I feel bad because I used to be one of them 😞
