Of late, when a bunch of us at Prav happen to be in the same city, we have been holding "mini meetups" where we meet at a café or food court and work on Prav related stuff. We realised that (surprise, surprise) sitting together in the same room is a great motivator to get things done!
Most of this work is done on a voluntary basis with no compensation...except sponsored food 😋
