If the murder victim really was armed, why didn't any of the "well trained", "experienced" or "veteran" agents secure the weapon or handcuff the murder victim immediately so he couldn't threaten anyone else with his 9mm handgun after being wounded?
Does proper protocol require immediately turning your back and walking away from an armed suspect like you had nothing to do with the shots fired?
Because *that* is what they did.
