Having used the new Woden bus interchange I withdraw my criticism.
While not perfect it is much better than my initial cursory inspection led me to believe. There are roofed sheltered areas with glass on three sides. While some areas will suffer in cold windy weather it is a reasonable attempt to provide shelter while maintaining accessibility.
