Back in the early 90s, I signed up for a Psychology Major at Cal Poly, 3.88 GPA, Honors Society member. They rejected my application. "We already have enough of your kind," was their response when I asked.
Knowing what I know now, I should have replied: "What do you mean? Jews?"
There's no way they could tell. They literally would have fallen over each other to sign me up.
