"content": "I changed my #colostomy bag by myself for the first time just now. Not as hard as it seemed and it went so smoothly.\n\nI have lost so much weight over this ordeal and my other health issues. I was bulking muscle so damn good earlier this year and on the way to be a proper thembo muscle doggo. I’ll get back there eventually.
