I was just thinking about this. Who keeps track of metrics like that? I'm on a Scrum team. Should I list my average number of complexity points in a Sprint? Do I just make up some BS about how much faster I made a web app because I optimized a SQL view?
I'm realizing that I just need to bullshit more...
