Hello fellow Fedi woodworkers, what tools do you use to plan your projects? I'm looking for something that can help me plan my cuts, but I'm also not looking to pay some subscription service for a hobby I do in small bursts. CutList Optimizer is ok, but I'm also looking for something that will help me figure out the size of the panels I need to cut. Bonus points if I don't need to go learn a whole CAD system, but I feel like that's probably asking a lot. Right now I just do paper/pen and manual math, and uh, it's mostly fine, except for all the little mistakes I make.
