if you're not a practising, licensed psychiatrist, you're committing medical fraud every time you armchair diagnose someone with a psychiatric condition who isn't yourself. and even if you do have credentials, you're committing medical fraud by diagnosing people who aren't your patients and have given you no consent to do so, while stigmatising people with legit diagnoses. that's why it's ableist.
