everyone who used metabase for their business analytics was affected, including shipmonk and all of shipmonk's clients. trezor was only one of those clients. trezor is three layers removed from the problem.
trezor already made sure that shipmonk would only have 3 months of data to even put anywhere. and shipmonk also adhered to all the industry standard requirements. I even checked and saw that metabase did not have a worse track record than any other alternative like tableau. shipmonk can't be blamed for picking metabase and trezor can't be blamed for screening out shipmonk over it.
I can't blame trezor for this and I can't blame their shipping partner either. the fault lies with the BI vendor.
