The higher education funding system is also flawed in the way it is loading huge debts onto UK students that most of them will never pay off. Even for graduates who earn quite good salaries, their repayments don't reduce the balance of the debt because of the high interest rates. I wonder how the situation will be managed when these vast amounts of debt have to be written off?
