Today The Olivia Tremor Control's surviving members released the band's 3rd and apparently last album: "The Same Place". 27 tracks totalling 1:09, many of which have vocals by Bill Doss (obiit 2012) or Will Hart (obiit 2024). It's been a long creation. After one listen, my impression is that this is about as good as the 2nd album, which was not bad but still a disappointment to me after the stellar 1st one. <3
I think the best new tunes are:
* Timewaster
* Spinning Continuous
* Halfway Down
