I’ve actually never been a person who takes many notes, but between 2020 and 2022 I journaled about the internal chaos I was experiencing - it was the beginning of a deep analysis of what was going on, what I was feeling, what I was being told, and whether I wanted to keep living like that.
I had to hide this journal, because I didn’t have privacy guaranteed back then, so it landed somewhere in the bottom of a drawer.
I emptied this drawer today and couldn’t help to read through it and to my surprise, after some initial discomfort I realised how life improved. I have much more clarity, patience and faith.

So I decided to continue the journal from now on. Literally rewriting my life story. No more hiding, no more people pleasing.
