Thirding that Preppy is great. Seals perfectly so you won't have any concerns keeping pigment/permanent inks in it.
Cartridges can be refilled but do wear out after some usage, safer to get a converter if you like the pen long-term.
Also for a bulb syringe, do yourself a favor and get a clear one that disassembles for cleaning like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08171JRVY. Opaque ones you never know if they are clean or dry and can get gross inside.
