Something I've never worked out: why are nearly all conveyancers, recruiters and estate agents terrible at their job (poor customer service, terrible comms etc.)?
The markets are fragmented with lots of small firms, so it's not that there's a monopoly or oligopoly which reduces competitive pressure.
Conveyancers and estate agents might have customers with low knowledge (bordering on vulnerable IMO), but recruiters don't.
Why has no one come in and disrupted these industries?
