I'm not a police apologist, but the PC with the tan coloured mask has his collar number (159) clearly visible which does make him identifiable.
The female PC in the HiVis jacket also has her collar number (1816) and Hertfordshire Constabulary insignia (
) on her epaulettes.The other two police officers involved in the arrest are plain clothes so you wouldn't expect identifying marks.
