You know the vintage meme "old games could not be beaten, they just got harder and harder until you died"?
Lady Tut from 1983 might be the exception. Plays like a classic single-screen maze arcade game, but once you collect 100 shots - which takes 2-3 levels out of the 9 in the game - you can start to use the laser gun.
Basically, the game gets easier as you progress. Unique for 1983, not even 100% sure it was made on purpose.
