Looks like the recipe for "202x is the year of Linux on desktop" is simple
1) Add systemd as a dependency for each binary
2) Throw away existing repositories and package manager's infrastructure and use flatpak
3) Build each GUI program Wayland only
4) Add age verification
5) Install "AI" chatbot to the fresh system installation
6) Vibecode AF in the items 1, 3 and 4
7) Each server/selfhosted program should be installable only via Docker, system shouldn't allow to install them in any other way
8) Default text editor and terminal should be Electron+Rust based programs with minimal allowed size of the binary near 300 Mb
9) Purge from distribution each program which has README file in the source code repo and hasn't README.md
10) Use that Ubuntu's toyutils written on Rust instead of coreutils because of fUtUrE and pRoGrEsS
11) Reduce the settings and knobs, available to user, as much as possible. Ideally, the user shouldn't be able to edit configuration files in home directory and environment variables
12) Replace bash with PowerShell because there are objects
instead of plain text
13) ???
14) CurrentYear is the year of Linux on the desktop!
