Under pretty much all the codes of ethics & religion across the world murder is considered the worst of crimes. Yet it is perpetrated in the majority by men (against men, women and children) with little effective deterrent. Something is seriously wrong in our cultures that this is allowed. Is it that the male leaders of the world are content with the status quo? Is it what they want to do? Why do men do it? Power & because they can with little penalty.
