I don't understand the decision. The Hubs are mostly locally organized and if they need to rent a venue that's up to the local community to decide on (in my city, the hosts pay to rent a huge space and ask attendees to donate a few dollars if possible to cover the costs). Apparently they're sending only a few ink bottles per Hub. So why the global limit???
