Yeah. It's a terrible club, but if you ain't in it you suffer under it without influence over it. Even less chance of reforming it from outside. Still basically subject to its company law, coz companies operate internationally.

I'd not want an immediate rejoin should they offer me that sword to yank out of the stone. Too much other important stuff to do which being subject to their law would impede. Stuff that neoliberal club would really hate like nationalizing large amounts of the country infrastructure without much recompense to the share-holders that ripped us off for 40 years. Suspect you'd hate it too.

The vote was won by those against immigration, but they could not have carried it without the help of lots of soft-brexit people who wanted to stay in the common market, but the distinguishing question hard/soft was never asked.

I think the ban provoking today's arrests will get removed. Maybe when it's too late for Palestinians. Maybe in the courts. Maybe even by Burnham in a few weeks.

Revolution is a lot of pain and fear for everyone, you're sure right there.
