On March 26, 2021, Lucia Whalen Bremer was killed by a stranger. According to a friend who was with Lucia, the two 13-year-old girls were just getting home from school when a boy she didn’t know “came into my garage and pulled a gun out of his pocket... He pointed it at my forehead. I used my right hand to pull it down and I ran into the kitchen.” But Lucia was cornered and unable to escape before 14-year-old Dylan Williams shot her several times and ran away.
