I think it has a lot to do with the difference between Palestine Hamas and Islam, between Israel Israelians and Jews, between Citizens Countries and Government and Religions, and how many politicians PLAY with the vagueness between such concepts and their meaning
You will have hard time though convincing me a Law Book is not a Religious Book, as well as Religious Books not being Law Books
But if you and I agree that both Israelian integrists and Hamas integrists belong to The Hague... then we probably agree on the essential.
