you're seeing the same information as me but drawing the opposite conclusions. Its not stupidity that makes people fall for things. As you say there's plenty of evidence that higher educated/higher IQ people fall for scams more. That's why I say its not stupid people who will suffer. People who have been suckered into believing horseshit ARE NOT STUPID. To call them stupid is to misunderstand the issue, to demean them and to guarantee that you'll never get them back from whatever BS they've fallen for. You are calling them stupid despite presenting evidence that they are not.
I think we probably agree on the fundamentals we just have different definitions for words like stupid, smart, sucker etc.
