You’ve got this. I get that data interchange requires standards and that “ai sux” but accept submissions in every language and let the reader choose a translation method. Preserve the original and offer peer reviewed translations.
We wouldn’t be having this discussion if it were some other language, as they’d have been laughed out of the building: why not require Latin?
