Fennel salad is a summer thing in Italy, I never liked it. I tried many times to force myself to enjoy it as an adult because my tastes would have had to become more refined, right?

I can stand a bite or two of it and then I'm just over it. I don't like liquorish/licorice nasty stuff and I don't think it belongs in knockoff celery.

I like the seeds though!
