On drive to work, on a long bit of single carriageway with no hard shoulder, one hit a new/unexpected pothole.
TWO fucking flst tyres.
This reminds me of that time in France many years ago. Thankfully not as remote, the assistance here speaks English, and it isn't Bastile day this time (or equivalent "everyone is pn holiday & drunk" holiday.)
Roadside assistance ETA advised as 9AM.
Police on way due to blocking live carriageway.
Feeling like maybe I should have driven the mile to the next junction at least despite two utterly flat tyres. But ... here we are.
