This is one of those moments where I'm not even surprised by the degenerate behaviour but I'm more surprised by how unbelievably low IQ criminals are getting. Do criminals not know that the surveillance state exists?

Do they not understand that people have cameras in their pockets now and can just whip it out and film them? Or is this really just impulsive behaviour on display and they see the money and go "Ooo it's free!".

I really don't want to believe that's how these fucking retards think but it sure looks like it.
