That's going to be an interesting lawsuit..
And I'm seriously conflicted how to feel about this issue.. one one hand, there's no real human being hurt if it's AI generated, but on the other hand, we don't know whether harm was inflicted to get the material the AI was trained on. (and that the whole consumption of such material is disgusting, but that's less a legal and more a psychological issue).
