Apropos of everything over in Ruby packaging, I asked to see the exclusive license for the Rails trademark mentioned in the first sentence of
https://rubyonrails.org/trademarks. RF responded that it "isn't a public document" (which is why I asked) but I guess means they decline to make it public.
