"content": "Just came across this photo by Toshio Shibata and fell in love with it. It's from 2019, taken in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata prefecture. Evidently the exposure time has been adjusted enough to give the water falling the appearance of sheer fabric reminiscent of how Christo and Jean-Claude would use fabric.
