Hey! Help me remember this artist.
They created a mixed media artwork that used a vintage pen plotter (a Roland DXY if I recall) loaded with an audio cassette read head in the pen carrier. The plot bed was covered in cut strips of audio tape arranged in parallel. The pen/tape head would travel over and play random portions of the tape, creating a random access audio playback. I think I saw it on bird site years and years ago. Any ideas who this was?
