My new employer's offsite was really fancy, 70 people in a 4 star hotel in Rome with all meals already paid for. One thing that was not paid for? Any alcohol 👏
If you wanted an alcoholic drink, you had to order it and pay for it yourself. I think this was a great decision because nobody got too drunk and nobody was behaving inappropriately. Yet people still had a good time and talked with one another 🙂
