This is very interesting because it seems that access for any reason was granted and that meant a hacker would get it all. Can one not opt out? Can one not hold a private key for the CPR number & every time anyone wants to use it you have to authorise it? This ultra multi purpose single number is a security nightmare pre-programmed. Check out how they do it in Austria - I think there the numbers are many and purpose bound for a reason. Some governments seem not to be competent.
