I can attest to the pen quality. We bought one of their affordable pens. The snap cap was so tight that we pulled the section right out of the body. That stripped the threads and cracked the body. They did replace it. The new one is just as tight. We haven't broken it because we never used it. Too many better pens in the world.

I'm also not a fan of their ink bottles. Pretty enough, but difficult to get the ink out. Bottles tip over easy too (one way to get the ink out).
